Fair Pay..........

At Triple SSS Ltd we believe, along with the staff we represent, that all monies charged for services should not be unnecessarily diluted, i.e. by middle men, (sub contractors) etc.

We also believe that age should not be used to discriminate/dictate rates of pay, (the client is not charged less for their services).

In short, all staff are paid directly by Triple-SSS Ltd, meaning that our ‘Fair pay’ policy is enforced, and our responsibilities to HMRC and to the staff we represent is maintained, i.e. Insurances, (Public, Employers & Professional Indemnity), Policies including, Lone Worker, Health & Safety, along with many more.
